Vacating tenants are required to have their carpets professionally cleaned when they exit their rental property at the end of their tenancy.
Additionally if you have had pets-cats, dogs, birds, guinea pigs etc you are required to have the property treated for fleas and/or general pests (cockies/silverfish).
If the quality of the job is not up to your property managers standards then you will be required to have the carpets cleaned again-quite often by ‘their’ carpet cleaner.
This is where your original decision to go with the cheapest quote can ‘bite’ you on the backside!
